These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the customer text messaging program operated by Sciarrino's Pizza (a DBA of Deans Place LLC) ("we," "us," or "our"). By texting us, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

Our customer text messaging is two-way and conversational. Customers text our business number, (302) 529-8897, to ask questions or place pickup orders, and we reply to assist. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you consent (opt-in)

You consent to receive SMS text messages from Sciarrino's Pizza when you send a text message to (302) 529-8897 to ask a question or place an order. By texting us first, you agree to receive reply text messages from us related to your inquiry or order. No purchase is required, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

By texting us, you agree to receive automated and conversational text messages at the mobile number you used to contact us. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Message types you may receive

Replies to questions you text us (hours, menu, order status).
Confirmation that your order has been received and when it will be ready.
Messages about a problem or change with your order.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you further text messages. If you want to start receiving messages again, simply text us again at (302) 529-8897.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligible mobile numbers and devices

You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number used to text us. You must be 18 years or older, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to participate in our text messaging.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our text messaging after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
