Q: Is there any way I can reach a live person?
A: Yes! If you need to talk to someone please use the chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen and we will respond within minutes.
Q: What do I do if my order is messed up?
A: On any page you will see a chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen, open the chat and enter your name, phone number and someone will call you back immediately or solve answer your question through the chat
Q: How do I enter my card information?
A: During the checkout process you will see a add new card button and simply follow the process, or go to my account and you can add a card through the manage cards button.
Q: How do I add a new card or change the existing one?
A: Once your in the ordering portion of the site, click on the my account tab on the top right of the screen. Then on the left you will see manage cards and you can delete and add as you please.
Q: Is my card information secure?
A: Yes! The third party software we use for the online ordering is called Menu Drive. They are a nationwide company who is PCI compliant which is the law in the credit processing industry. We personally do not have access to any of your card info, we just know you love cheesesteaks
Q: Can I pay in Cash?
A: Of course! We actually prefer it. Even if you want to pay on card, and tip your drivers in cash works great as well.
Q: Do I need to register or make an account?
A: No! You can check out as a guest, for pick up or delivery, cash or card. If you want to pay with card for pick up but don’t want to waste time entering your card information, simply select cash and pay at the store
Q: What benefits are there to registering?
A: So many! You can reorder from previous orders, all cards can be managed and saved, you can subscribe to a news letter, get coupons emailed to you, receive specials, and we will never sell your information (not that I know how to do that, I’m just your local pizza man).
Q: Why are there no prices on the paper menu?
A: This was another one of those tricky decisions. Prices are so insanely out of control lately, I have to keep changing the pricing. So for the foreseeable future till things get back to normal, we will use it to have something physical you could look at while deciding what to choose.
